"Client," "You" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
"Services" refers to any services provided by WebTech-Solutions, including but not limited to website design, Shopify store setup, printing, and marketing packages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms may be amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

3. Services

WebTech-Solutions offers various website design packages tailored to different needs. The scope of work, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a proposal or agreement specific to each project. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3.2 Shopify Store Setup

Our Shopify store setup services include customisation, product upload, and integration of payment gateways as outlined in the chosen package. Any further customisation or features requested by the client may involve additional fees.

3.3 Printing Services

We provide a range of printing services, including business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and designs for printing. Before sending to print, we will sent you proofs. We are not liable for errors in the materials provided by the client.

3.4 Marketing Packages

Our marketing packages include services such as social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimisation (SEO) and others. The specifics of each package will be detailed in a separate agreement. Results from marketing efforts may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

4.3 Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Refunds for unused services may be considered at our discretion.

4.4 Free Trial

WebTech-Solutions offers a two-month free trial for certain services. The free trial begins on the day of sign-up and is automatically applied, regardless of whether the services are used or not.

If the client fails to provide the necessary customer requirement form or any other requested information in a timely manner, this does not affect the start or duration of the free trial. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required information is provided to fully utilise the services during the trial period.

At the end of the free trial, normal billing will commence unless the client cancels the service in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in the agreement. No refunds or extensions will be provided for unused portions of the free trial.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by WebTech-Solutions for the client remain the intellectual property of WebTech-Solutions. Specific conditions apply for different packages which is outlined below. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5.1 Lite+ Website Package

If a client cancels their package, the design and code for the client remain the intellectual property of WebTech-Solutions. Unless the monthly payments total to a sum of £1000 (UK GBP).

5.2 Pro Website Package

If a client cancels their package, the design and code for the client remain the intellectual property of WebTech-Solutions. Unless the monthly payments total to a sum of £1500 (UK GBP).

5.3 Ultimate Website Package

If a client cancels their package, the design and code for the client remain the intellectual property of WebTech-Solutions. Unless the monthly payments total to a sum of 2500 (UK GBP).

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebTech-Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to the client for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

9. Form Usage

By clicking submit when using any of our forms you consent to allow WebTech - Solutions to store and process the personal information submitted above to provide you the content requested.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
